SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped out next available business date from the date of purchase. Primary shipping is done via UPS. Any questions or concerns please contact us at 361-779-0190 Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST
RETURN POLICY
Our customer's happiness is our number one concern. You can return most items within 30 days of shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Refunds will be credited via original form of payment within 5-10 days. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be in new condition once we receive the return and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns based on the condition they are received.
Damaged items will receive a full refund. A photo(s) must be received to customer service of the damaged items within the 30 day window. Once photos are received, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
